These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between ac555 and each registered or visiting user of the ac555 platform. Withdrawal Rules

• All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification on the account. Requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending until verification is approved.

ac555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 above
• Account remaining inactive (no login and no financial transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more

Player-Initiated Account Closure

You have the right to close your ac555 account at any time by contacting our support team via on-site live chat. When requesting account closure, please specify whether the closure is for personal preference or for responsible gaming reasons. If the closure is for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., you feel your gambling is becoming a problem), ac555 will process the closure as a self-exclusion, which prevents re-registration for the applicable self-exclusion period.

Dormant Account Policy

A monthly dormancy fee of up to ৳200 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance to cover administrative costs, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac555's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the ac555 platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ac555 expressly excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, or consequential:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated savings
• Loss arising from your own internet connection, device failure, or third-party software issues
• Loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Loss arising from interruptions to the platform caused by circumstances beyond ac555's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, government actions, or cyberattacks
• Any indirect or consequential loss of any kind, howsoever caused
